Adopting from Mily: a decision that starts before choosing a pet
The shelter connects rescued animals with homes through an assessment process.
Santuario Animal Mily’s August appeal highlighted rescued dogs and cats and the long-term commitment of caring for them. The animal count in that announcement is a historical snapshot, not current availability.
The shelter’s website provides animal profiles and describes online applications, home assessment and placement with health documentation. It also lists veterinary assessment, vaccination and deworming as part of its care.
