UABC’s stars assess areas; they are not a league-table position
QS Stars looks at specific dimensions of university performance.
UABC’s assessment, covered in September, included nine areas, seven receiving five stars. It was presented as institutional recognition, with an important distinction: QS Stars is an assessment, not a ranking position.
QS explains that stars assess dimensions such as teaching, employability and facilities. Looking at each area is more informative than reducing the entire university experience to one label.
