University and industry agree to create more connections
The Ensenada agreement sets out cooperation; impact depends on implementation.
UABC and Canacintra Ensenada agreed to expand connections between university training and business through placements, social service, applied research and academic activities, according to June coverage.
UABC’s Gaceta confirmed the agreement on June 22 and described it as a legal and institutional basis for cooperation. Signing establishes a framework; it does not by itself show how many placements opened.
