When a book becomes an artwork: Sinergia comes to CETYS
The biennial invites audiences to see books as objects, images and experiments.
From October 5–10, CETYS campuses in Mexicali, Tijuana and Ensenada will host Sinergia 2026 activities connected with the European International Book Art Biennial, combining exhibitions and artist encounters.
CETYS describes this as the biennial’s first Latin American appearance and announces 20 artists from 11 countries. Book art expands the experience beyond a publishing fair: the object’s form matters alongside its content.
