October becomes a statewide cultural season
The updated program expands the picture first announced in August.
The 2026 October Festival will span Baja California’s seven municipalities from October 1 to November 1. The initial announcement outlined more than one hundred activities and immersive experiences in Tijuana and Mexicali.
The state’s September update specified 119 free activities and 992 artists. It placed the Dalí experience at CEART Tijuana from October 8 and the Frida Kahlo experience in Mexicali from October 15.
